Kakashi Hatake(with Beheader Blade) vs Kisame Hoshigaki

Kakashi's sharingan gives him the ability to dodge even fast techniques at close range, even while engaging another opponent

. Off the top of my head, I don't recall Kisame having a technique any faster than Kakuzu's futon blast, but either way it's just a point to make that Kakashi doesn't have to match Kisame's suiton....although, he potentially can.

If Kisame decides to turn the battlefield in to a lake, it really doesn't hurt Kakashi as much as one would believe. He's already shown he's capable of copying high level suiton techniques when he has a water source

. Remember, the ranking of a technique is based on how difficult it is to perform. Not only has Kakashi proved he's capable of high level suiton(even when his chakra was 4 to 5 times less than what it is now), he also impressed Kisame himself with how effective he was with it

Kakashi's kinjutsu feats also surpass that of Kisame. Among those feats is not only his use of the kubikiribocho, but him being able to combat Zabuza with just a kunai against the kubikiribocho -

Kisame's blade absorbs chakra however .. and unlike most kinjutsu users he rely's on brute strength with his blade then quickness and finesse so you can't really compare him to other kenjutsu users, he was able to overpower gai (who is by far physically stronger then Kakashi) combine that with the added speed boost he gets from his suiton's and it may not be as close as you think

Zabuza relied on brute strength as well. Kakashi has experience fighting both types(Zabuza and Hidan). It's also important to note Kakashi was instrumental in taking our the Edo Swordsmen..showing that he clearly has the kinjutsu skills to match Kisame. Kisame is stronger than Zabuza, but Kakashi isn't one that's going to stand there holding a stalemate with someone if he feels he's about to get overpowered. He has the speed feats to avoid Kisame in any way, whether it be blitzing 2 tailed Naruto when he was already exhausted from the use of kamui earlier

I thnk it is .. he can sense when kakashi is about to use kamui , all he needs to do is begin spouting his suitons to hinder line of sight .. and then once he gets in the water Kakashi has no way to win this match

If it's a fight to the death, why would Kakashi not start with Kamui right off the bat?

I doubt it, given their abilities to walk/run on water without an issue at all. Kakashi has shown he can work effectively on water anyway(vs Zabuza, vs Itachi/Kisame).

. He was enraged at that moment in time so you can argue some kind of adrenaline boost or whatever helped him, but the mindset here is to kill as well. Kakashi also has the ability to open the first gate if it becomes absolutely necessary.

I'm not 100% sure on who I would pick to win, but whoever wins it would be with the upmost difficulty. Kisame isn't going to beat Kakashi with just suiton, though.
