I consider itachi in top 10 (9 spot) and kakashi in top 15 (14 spot). Both Itachi and Kakashi are very strong without MS, but if we just consider 3 tomoe, Itachi > Kakashi. When we talk about MS Kakashi and MS Itachi, Kakashi is not far from itachi's power (itachi is stronger, but not far beyond).

Why? I think you know the answer:

---- Kakashi's KAMUI skills has increased to the point that:

* He warped BM Naruto so fast that Obito with RINNENGAN and SHARINGAN didn't see the warping.

* He warped the hachibi with a kiuuby boost, this boost was said to be around 3 times stronger than his normal chakra levels, and he warped the hachibi 2 times (in and out), so we can assume that Kakashi can warp 2/3 of the hachibi using all his chakra.

* He learned the ability of warping himself, this allows him to dodge any atack. (he did it twice, one of them was before kurama's boost, so you can't say he can only do that with the boost)

Plus you have to remember all of others kakashi's abilities as Speed, Quickness, Intelligence, Large arsenal and etc...

Kakashi has gotten alot stronger no doubt. He's easily in the kage tier now. But Itachi is a special kind of ninja who excels at every thing he does. His mastery of the sharingan as well as the MS puts him in a totally different league from even kakashi.

Well Itachi is stronger imo but....

i wouldnt say by just a little bit, and i wouldnt say by A LOT either, at least if we are to talk about how they would go against each other.

In a 1v1, id say Itachi wins, by a significient amount but not by a lot or a little bit.

if we are talking about how strong they are to be considered as ninjas, meaning how well lets say Itachi would do against the 3rd Raikage compared to how good Kakashi would do against the 3rd Raikage, well i think Itachi shines a little bit more there.


While Kakashi is very well versed in battle, Itachi's fighting style gives him the ability to stand his own against a greater amount of opponents. His genjutsu especially is what gives him the edge as pretty much any1 would fail to succeed in dealing with it.

And while Kakashi has Kamui... he never uses it unless he is in a death situation aka Sasuke's arrow which he wouldnt have dodged, or the screw sent by Nagato's shinra tensei.


Itachi is considered (imo) a stronger ninja, he's not a LOT stronger, but not just a little bit, he is considerably stronger if this makes any sense.

Kakashi was able to only teleport himself, not parts of his body like obito can, n this was due to him having the kyubis chakra, which also gave him more control. Kakashi isn't strongr than sasori, n he wouldn't b a threat to sasori where he would feel pressured, so he's not around or near itachis level.
