Chiyo, Sakura didn't even participated, and unless you are blind, Naruto did pretty nothing at all. Kakashi owned him by himself. Itachi was even no match for him. He didn't even use one chidori, or Ms. That shows it was pretty easy. GTFOH

Itachi was a double agent. He was never trying to hurt or even fight with any of the Konoha ninja. Hence his use of Genjutsu the 1st time.
He was simply trying to make it look like he was fighting Kakashi, but really he wasn't interested in the fight at all.

Kakashi never admitted Itachi was stronger. He said it cuz Naruto was there, and knowing his character, he couldn't refuse him to fight. Kakashi even thought he could beat Sasuke, Tobi and Zetsu all by himself. Itachi is nothing.

without ms, kakashi would beat itachi yes.

kakashi only relies on 3 tomoe to fight leaving kamui for life/death situations while itachi spams MS techniques (Susanoo):p

And without his arms, Muhamid Ali might not have been a great boxer...but he had em and he was the greatest.

In terms of Taikutsu and Kunai skills Itachi was BOSS, Who ever said Kakashi was a BOSS at Taijutsu.....oh yeah, no one.

And don't say he was stated to be as good as Lee/Guy in Taijutsu,cause he's not.

Yes, he was no match for Orochimaru at that time, but Kakashi trained after that. He is stronger now and has MS(Kamui) what he didn't had at that time.

Guy is using the 7th Gate...I am pretty damn sure. But Kakashi is not on par with Guy in 7th Gate at all.
