Bare in mind that Obito had been fighting through out the war using chakra constantly and kakashi kept getting refreshed.. im pretty sure obito lost due to the fact he was probally trying to conserve his chakra.. he still had to go back and fight the alliance aswell ...

Obito never showed any signs of fatigue during the war. If you use the argument Kakashi refreshed with the help of Bijuu chakra, same logic should be applied to the Juubi and Obito. The only only time we see Obito panting is when he fights Kakashi in the alternate dimension.

think about the scales of which obito's moves have been on... it takes quite a bit of chakra to do that... he fought using the bijuu which would take a lot of chakra aswell... the point is obito has been fighting all this time without a refresh in chakra.. he may have senju dna but that doesnt automattically give him limitless chakra... bare in mind he still had to come back after fighting kakashi and right the alliance aswell.. im sure he was trying to conserve chakra

im not saying he could easily beat kakashi either tho.. but this could be a reason he didnt use rinnegan techs .. not to mention kakashi already stated that he had counters for the rinnegan techs

He controlled the tailed beast because he had the rinnegan and madara's will, there was nothing easy about it.
It took every ounce of control which is why he didn't bother to use the path abilities and kakashi was a better ninja from the start unless you already forget who was jonin at age nine without a sharingan.

No, he killed Kushina indirectly. Obito got his ass handed to him by Minato.

Minato could have lived, but he chose to sacrifice himself so Naruto could meet Kushina.

Kakashi doesn't have the same amount of powers ... very true. Is he a better shinobi ?! Yes no questions asked. Kakashi knows his own strenght and uses it accordingly in a given situation. Kakashi has seen many wars and fought countless battles. Meanwhile, Obito was either recovering or doing Madara's dirty work.

Obito is without a doubt an amazing shinobi but he does not have any perspective in terms of his own power much like Naruto he throws a bunch of strong-ass jutsu and destroy everything in its wake but that does not make him a better fighter.
