Itachi if he is edo, if he is not edo then kakashi and gai because kakashi already have knowledge of the sharingan and he knows about itachi's abilities, if itachi is edo then he would win with mid/low difficulty if he is not edo then kakashi and gai would win but with high difficulty.

If its out of manga situation then this could end fairly quickly if itachi decides to spam. Neither are fast enough to evade amaterasu.
Kakashi certainly isnt. Gai is faster but in base, i dont for a second believe he is on A in v1 raiton armour let alone v2.

Kakashi could be finished. Gai in gates even 8 gates isnt getting through susano let alone one backed with the yama mirror. After the use of the gates, which leaves him extremely weakened, he is a sitting duck

Don't forget that 2 targets is harder than 1, and if one of them got caught on Genjutsu, the other one will help him get out of it, and I don't think Itachi will have time to cast a Genjutsu because while he's trying to catch one of them with it the other one won't be standing by and watching, that's that..

And Gai alone defeated Kisame by himself, how about him AND Kakashi against Itachi? People are overrating Itachi by thinking he can win against those two, just because he have Susanoo/Amaterasu/Genjutsu doesn't mean he can win, remember that Susanoo won't stay long, they can keep up with him until his chakra is drained by overusing it and catch him off-gourd..

Anyway, that's just my opinion. Hope it didn't offend anyone.

Well, Amateratsu can be kamui'd, so I don't think that would be a factor. Also Kakashi knows better not to look into Itachi's eyes anymore, and Gai always looks at a sharingan user's feet now. So the only problem is the Susano'o, and I'm pretty sure Gai's Hirudora could get through that if Kakashi and him use teamwork to get past the Yata mirror, but still Kakashi and Gai would win pretty high difficulty

but if kakashi and guy are both looking at itachi feat to avoid his genjutsu.(which they both will be doing)
than both of them are getting an unsuspected amerterasu to the face.
