Well, Amateratsu can be kamui'd, so I don't think that would be a factor. Also Kakashi knows better not to look into Itachi's eyes anymore, and Gai always looks at a sharingan user's feet now. So the only problem is the Susano'o, and I'm pretty sure Gai's Hirudora could get through that if Kakashi and him use teamwork to get past the Yata mirror, but still Kakashi and Gai would win pretty high difficulty

Amaterasu can be kamui'd, seriously? Do you know how quick amaterasu is.
It will be on kakashi before he can kamui's it.

Kakashi's and gai's counter to genjutsu is rather sad and would be their downfall. Basically look at itachi's feat instead of his eyes and try and predict his movement. For somebody like kakashi i expected better from him, too naive. First of all that counter is to stop tsukuyomi or genjutsu in general. Only problem is that itachi is so good at it he can cast it by pointing his finger at you. Eye contact isnt needed.

Secondly if both eyes are on his feet, they are both vulnerable to amaterasu.

None have an attack capable of getting through an incomplete susano. If add a complete susnao they arent getting past it, include the yata mirror and its not even in their dreams would they think of getting past it.
