Hashirama has the same healing jutsu Tsunade used, most of her body was destroyed by a Susanoo sword and she got up like nothing happened. Little rasengans won't cause any damage much less Kunai. Minato can't hurt Hashirama.

Madara has Susanoo, Amaterasu, and Tsukuyomi.
Minato can't touch Susanoo.
Minato can FTG away from Amaterasu but it will just keep following him and it would eventually burn him.

I'm not saying that Susanoo sword has more destructive force than rasengan.

I'm saying that the Susanoo sword destroyed most of Tsunade's torso and she recovered very quickly. While rasengan has never pierced anyone's body.

Rasengan can't do anything to Hashirama with that healing.

Madara has Susanoo. You need to have awakened both Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu to use Susanoo. Therefore he has Tsukuyomi.

Nevermind about the Amaterasu following him.

A speculation without backup? No, it's not.
You need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to be able to use Susanoo.
So if he has Susanoo it means he has Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.

Minato can't seal him because to seal an Edo you would have to beat them first. Minato can't just seal him by touching him it's not the same as a contract seal.
And since Minato can't beat Hashirama he can't seal him.

Madara does have Amaterasu. It has been stated that to use Susanoo, you must unlock Tsukuyomi in one eye and Amaterasu in the other. There is no other way. This is undisputable.

Those do affect the outcome of this match. Minato cannot outrun everything forever. Minato being fast does give him an advantage, but Hashirama has a bigger chakra reserve than Minato. Hashirama can outlast Minato.
Oh, and Kakashi does not know ALL the elements.
