Nagato is the only ninja that has a chance of beating hashirama..

Minato and Itachi could NEVER win... Not only does hashirama have experiece with tsukyomi and amaterasu, he has bringer of darkness, that forest spore crap that puts you to sleep, wood clones, healing abilities, and so much more....

minato and his little ftg rasengans can't do crap, and itachi wont be able to do anything either

Hashirama fought EMS Madara which means he had Susano'o which means he(A Susano'o user) can use Ameratasu and Tsukuyomi. What would Kakashi do against Minato I'm just curious his Kamui wouldn't be able to catch him?

Kakashi and 7 gates Guy may beat Hashi with the right tactic, Kamui takes Hashi's head off while Guy obliterates wood release with the Afternoon tiger. Kaakshi can also counter Wood Release to some extent with lightning chain by slicing the branches and also going underground to evade though Hashirama could make them waste this on a wood clone then they die gruesomely after expending their energy so its too risky. Assuming you mean EMS Madara, Kakashi can Kamui him as well after Guy obliterates his Susanoo but they can't beat Edo Madara who has the Rinnegan, Minato can teleport so nothing there will work, even Kamui as Tobi's ST failed, Kakashi may evade getting marked by going undergrond and Guy can repel kunai with his sweat in 7 gates also Kakashi may trick him with Raiton bushin but he can simply teleport elsewhere until the electrocution wears off(it wore off for Asura who could move to block Kakashi's Raikiri on Deva) or maybe teleport before the current flows into him then be on guard next time then get Kakashi when he comes to the surface to attack again. The only person they have a solid chance against is EMS Madara.

minato uses time space ninjutsu and in an earlier chapter minato was on even terms with killer bee and the raikage.

Hashirama was a legend for his wood style and healing ninjutsu he could own both of them in a heart beat.

Madara even though he is an edo tensei right now he has the power that he had in his prime and if you want to count this fact in he also now has hashiramas dna within him.

so these are my reasons.

Well i think Guy 7 gates + kakashi makes up minato with some addition justus
And i was not taking about Edo madarahashimara Rinnagan
