You're actually wrong. FTG is a space time technique, as in it folds the fabric of space time like a wormhole. Traveling from one place in spacetime to another instantly. It's within the theories of relativity, a "wormhole" is nothing more then an Einstein-Rosen bridge, other evidence of spacetime being bent is with blackholes, a blackhole bends the space around it bending even the path of light and acts like a lense.
The Flying thundergod technique is a space time jutsu, it bends spacetime to transport things from one place to another place in space time anchored by the fourths special seals most often feature on his kunai but also seen being place with a touch.
These events don't break the rule of the speed of light barrier (though there are particles that currently are thought too) but rather take short cuts through space time, so 1,000 steps becomes one.

but the original point was tobi can teleport people around b'coz he has the speed of light and that speed isn't trumped by anyone else other than minato as you fine sire said...then why doesn't tobi just teleport everyone and do what he wants to i am sure noone else can exceed the speed of light......
