Location: They start in Kabuto's cave but are free to change the landscape
Conditions: Minato and Nagato are alive and healthy, Itachi is Edo. Kabuto can rewrite the seal in Itachi's head to seal him, but he cannot use Itachi as his puppet if this happens. Kabuto and Minato start in SM.
Restrictions: Edo Tensei, Izanami, Izanagi, RDS, Gedo Mazou

If they stay in that cramped cave (it limits the amount of techs both Itachi/Nagato can use & is the perfect environment for Kabuto), then Minato and Kabuto win high-diff.

Pretty sure Kabuto is pretty much the anti dojutsu ninja of nv. Seriously though, his genjutsu makes sharingan and rinnegans vision useless. And he can't be caught in genjutsu except for Izanami, but I assume Izanami isn't a factor in this, especially if it's current Kabuto.

Almighty push can't be used carelessly otherwise itachi will get caught in the blast, so I assume only small scare ones will be used. Amaterasu can be sensed and evaded by both minato and Kabuto.

I don't see why team 1 wouldn't win.

Nagato is extemely good support even in a cave. Nagato just keeps using asura to cause a cave in while itachi protects them with susano'o. The cave becomes team 2's tomb unless minato teleports them awway... Which is bfr, and they still lose.

Nagato can focus his Shinra Tensei and Rinnegan Jutsus to focus on an object so Itachi won't be getting caught in the blast

Honestly, if Nagato decides to Shinra Tensei the roof of the cave it pretty much destroys Kabuto's advantage.

Either way, these would be tough matches for the teams. Nagato is sometimes underestimated.

As everyone else said Team 1 takes this mid diff.

Kabuto can easily set up Itachi inside a Senpou Earth Dome keeping him there (with Summoning protection). Asborb enough chakra to Muki Tensei the Dome and Itachi will be done for here. While Minato wouldn't even let Nagato think about helping, due to his speed. Minato then solo's Nagato, with Kabuto coming to back up.
