Its not that ninjutsu cant hurt him, its that his TSB nulls it all before it gets the chance to take effect. Gai must also have the sages power since he kicked the jubi jin in half, and only sage power can harm him, by your logic.

This is your own interpretation of the manga and it holds no weight because it was clearly stated one got the eyes and one got the senjutsu. Don't get me wrong I understand your point, its a good hypothesis but the manga states otherwise, which voids your whole post regardless.

There is the fact that Madara can absorb all of his attacks through Preta path, and nullify them with the Onmyoudon. His DC is above, and his regeneration enables him to survive everything in Sasuke's arsenal. His S/T isn't an issue anymore, as Madara can react to them.​

Ninjutsu doesn't work on the Jins body or his Gudo Dama. Sasuke's Six Path's Chidori can hurt him. So its not ordinary Ninjutsu.

I never said that Sasuke had Senjutsu. He has something like it, and its not a hypothesis, its a fact, unless you want to dispute the Six Path's Power making his Chidori black, just like Senjutsu. Unless you want to dispute the Six Path's Power letting him injure Madara. Unless you want to dispute Sasuke stating the the Six Path's Power can hurt the Limbo Shadow, and tells Naruto to prepare his chakra using that, and he ends up using a Senjutsu technique.
