Hagoromo's Chakra is formed from 2 components; Eyes and body. The Chakra of Hagoromo in Sasuke's possession, is within his Rinnegan. Sasuke doesn't have Senjutsu Chakra. It's the body is what possess the Senjutsu. Juubi's Jinchuuriki body isn't immune to Ninjutsu, otherwise:
-The smoke appeared from Obito's right side body, is clear burns.
-The Goududama wouldn't have destroyed half of Obito's body.
The Juubi itself was taking Ninjutsu attacks, and was damaged by them. It grants the Jinchuuriki the same properties its body would have. It's the Onmyoudon Yin-Yang technique applied to the Goududama is what nullifies Ninjutsu. Not their bodies. Since Sasuke lacks Senjutsu Chakra, he can't penetrate them. Fallacy can disappear.

If you have a strong Chakra then you have automatically a stronger Susanoo.
Sasuke = 50% of Hagoromo -> Indora = stabilised Perfect Susanoo (he gained this Susanoo just after this Power-Up hmm Madara had it already with Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan)
Madara showed his stabilised Perfect Susanoo only with Indora's chakra, and even yet his Susanoo is equal to Sasuke's
Madara could also use it with 100 % Hagoromo, but he did not, cuz he had since that Gudōdama U_U

No Lol it is not equal to sasuke's. Sasuke's PS cut through meteors which were much larger than mountains. I can say it's stronger madara couldn't take on hashirama's shinsuusenju even with the kyuubi's help. If sasuke PS can destroy more than one meteor how could he not destroy the shinsuusenju?
Logically, sasuke has indra's chakra + sage's chakra. Madara had indra's chakra + ashura's chakra. So just with this we can say sasuke's current PS is stronger than madara's ems PS. Sasuke's PS is stronger than madara's PS + kyuubi actaully...

Madara doesn't have full powers of both. He only has one rinnegan. Madara doesn't have rikudou's chakra he has indra's and ashura's chakra. Also juubi chakra. Sasuke has indra's and rikudou's chakra.
Madara was coming off getting sliced i n half by Naruto, and getting half his body kicked off. And losing his gudo dama. And he was fighting in a 1v2. You're supposed to lose a fight if you're outnumbered and the other two are close to your power.

Sasuke has Senjutsu chakra. He can hurt Madara just like Guy did or even worse. Sasuke with full chakra can use his S/T back to back. Madara would be dead by the time Sasuke needs a cool down.
