All Sasuke has to do is look at him and it hits him. Also we have no idea how that jutsu even works considering it's never shown in the manga. Also do you really believe amaterasu isn't hotter than regular flames? If that was the case then Bee wouldn't of been screaming in pain when he was hit with amaterasu. They're also said to be as hot as the sun. I also fail to see how Jiraiya's going to seal them when they're burning the hell out of him.

i fail to see how he is going to get hit in the first place . considering he already knows ametresu and is the best ninja in hiding we have yet seen
and please provide me with proof that ametresu is instant , because if so than why didn't sasuke just look at the mizukage when he was about to die
and he looked at darui and the raikage and garaa for quiet some time and he didn't burn them why didn't he just burn danzo the moment he saw him instead of letting him unlock all those locks and get ready for at least two minutes
saying that ametresu is impossible to doge makes it seem like sasuke is some kind of god or something
He chooses when and when not to use amaterasu. It doesn't just appear when he looks at people. He has to choose to use it. Also Muu is the best ninja at hiding considering he can turn invisible and make his chakra disappear as well so not even sensor ninjas can detect him. Also here are some examples of amaterasu:

you almost been truthful with your self , but you do realize that he needs to activate his MS and concentrate on his target first , and since jiraiya has knowledge off ametresu he will know that sasuke is about to use it and just use one of his sneaky techs

Good find. I seem to recall in the anime that he knew what it was. Then again, the anime kinda sucks donkey b***s.
It takes a second to activate ms and then all he has to do is look at his target. Also this sneaky jutsu that you keep talking about has NEVER been shown in the manga so there's no way of knowing how it even works. Also Jiraiya doesn't know anything about amaterasu. He only knows about black flames. He doesn't know how they got there.

His words in the viz translations etc were " What in the world are these black flames....." then he took out a scroll and sealed it...He doesn't know amaterasu comes out itachi's eyes, he doesn't know anything about it

Probably EMS Sasuke. Tsunade would die quick. And even tobi said Sasuke would become stronger than Nagato. And Sasuke basically already is so it goes to sasuke.
dude do you even read the manga , are you telling me jiraiya (kanoha's spy and info gatherer) will not get any knowledge from seeing ametresu used , i recall him even concluding that they won't turn off unless they burn their target
and added to that he will just sit down while sasuke is closing one eye and tuning into MS
and he knows that MS gives you a special ability from knowing kakashi
and don't tell me how short it will take sasuke to turn on his MS and concentrate because i'm pretty sure even a second is enough for a ninja to move the fouck out , and especially if he is jiraiya
and with jiraiya fighting style , sasuke might never get to see him for a second at all

My conclusion really is that Naruto(as a series) doesn't have fights that are as one sided as DBZ, people aren't sooo amazing that they totally outclass others in the same way. If you have 2 amazing Shinobi,who are beyond jounin against another like Sasuke, you don't get a fight which is totally one-sided. It would be a close call. I personally think that just cause we didn't get to see Jiraiya against any Uchiha elite techiniques, doesn't mean he wouldn't know how to handle them. I don't think either of them would fall for a technique like that...not easily anyway. So I still believe the Sannin would win. With regards to Tsunade, I agree we haven't seen her do much other than suck but this doesn't mean she isn't a total badass. But hey, let's wait n see how she holds up against Madara. Might get some insight as to her potential.
sasuke doesn't have a key secret , if the secret of pain was known to jiraiya he might of had a chance to win
he already took out two paths with mid difficulty and took out another with one arm :| it's all about the secret

No sides buddy. Just trying to make educated decision through reasoning. Jiraiya & Tsunade didn't make it to old age by sippin tea(it was sake). I think they've a good chance of victory. Sasuke is great and has had many good fights and a lot of powers but I recall him being saved in most of his fights...fact. This fact alone makes me think that he is more vulnerable than he (and many other uchiha fanboys/girls)would like to believe.
for one part he wouldn't of been out numbered at the same rate if he disposed of the metal things on the two paths he killed earlier
and since he managed to hide from the paths before he could of just went to the highest tower and attacked nagato instead (it's not like they were able to detect him before) and he would of known that each path can only use one ability which would of made him attack that first path instead of his summons
and he would of used sage chakra with that chakra sucking path
