As other said, Jiraiya wins low-med difficulty. Hell, Orochimaru without arms was still stronger than Hebi Sasuke, and a drugged base Jiraiya fought roughly even with him.

Guess what? Sasuke needs Itachi's Amaterasu to prep Kirin. Even if he did manage to prep it, Sasuke would most likely be exhausted and I bet Jiraiya could take the hit.

He needs Itachis Amaterasu to use Kirin?! I don't think that is necessary, and easy way to do it when he's done it once before is to use a fireball in the sky to make a storm of some type and use his electricity to direct the Kirin towards his mark...

What happened? Sasuke needed Itachi's Amaterasu to prep Kirin. Nothing will happen without Amatearsu other than a waste of chakra.

Ok let me say this then...even without the fireball sasuke can still use Kirin. Because sasuke didnt know that itachi had amaterasu back then though he was still going to use Kirin as "His" trump card.
