Imeroth audibly sighed. He was a frustrating one, to be sure. Arguably the reason for why the group had selected Takauji Ashikaga in the first place - he was simply easier to control. But his body had been too weak, too frail to be a suitable vessel. She had consumed his mind, succumbing to madness rather than concentrating the power of a concept, the concept of life. "I will tell you a story, Madara Uchiha. A story that will help you understand who I am, and what She wants." The Voice clapped his hands together. Beneath the two the dark void would suddenly illuminate itself slightly, revealing the form of Tiamat in her Draconic Titanic corpus. She was a beast of similar stature to the Jūbi; a monstrosity that dwarfed skyscrapers and made the mountains seem small. Large protrusions of chitin formed cleaver-like wings that granted her the ability to fly. Her eyes now bear a crimson glow, and her mouth has disappeared, with a jagged pattern across each side of her face that ripples onto the horns. Though they were closed now, sealed in eternal slumber. "Have you not wondered what came before chakra? What came before the Sage of Six Paths distributed his accursed chakra throughout the world, forever plaguing humanity with the weapons it needed to endlessly and eternally wage war upon itself? It is a story that takes us back thousands of years. Long before Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki had gifted humanity chakra. It is true - chakra was in fact something alien to humans. Humans share in its intrinsic components but life had existed long before the advent of the Ōtsutsuki Curse. It is largely forgotten today, though. Humans have made chakra an intrinsic part of their existence, though it had not always been so...."

Before gods and man existed, there was only Chaos. Chaos formed the universe as a singularity; a state known as the Void that encompassed all of reality. It was a universal state of existence where nothing could be differentiated. But it was in this nothingness that the Goddess of Life coalesced and took form, drawing upon the Void fo strength and eventually creating the Sea of Life. It was through the Sea of Life that Tiamat, the primordial goddess, became the foundation for the concept of life. Tiamat is more than simply a goddess, or a monster, or a beast; she is the very concept of life itself. In other words, a conceptual entity. And the beast that had been sealed by humanity a year ago was nothing more than an avatar. An embodiment of the Sea of Life projected into physical reality.
The Goddess of Life's first labor had been to form the land. While she had coalesced from Chaos, there was still only Chaos and Her. It was this that became known as Kuniumi; before the first gods were born, Tiamat used her power to form the universe. It was not a power that she could use twice; taking nearly five centuries the Goddess of Life focused the latent energies within the Void, harnessing Chaos to shape the universe. Ancient legend speaks of this as a time of formation, but this has been lost because of the Ōtsutsuki Curse. People came to forget that the primordial universe itself was shaped out of Chaos, and began to credit the Jubi to such a feat. And while the Jubi is Primordial Chakra, it's power had only been used on this planet. It did shape mountains, drink oceans, and fill lakes; but it did not create the universe itself.
Once the universe had been shaped the Goddess of Life went on to her second task, birthing her first children. It was this moment that was known as Kamiumi, or the Birth of the Gods. And no, it is not the birth of Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki - it refers to the creation of Marduk, Nergal, Enlil, and Inanna, the first four of Tiamat's children. Marduk was the eldest, who would go on to father his own divine children with his sibling Inanna, forming the second generation of lesser gods. Marduk acted as chief among his siblings, and was staunchly loyal to his Mother. Nergal became the Master of the Underworld, Enlil the God of Elements, and Inanna the Goddess of Love and War. Each took on an aspect that filled a specific role once held by Tiamat. It was Marduk that took the role of chief god, as well as the aspect of Justice. For a time after their birth there was peace among them; Tiamat's reign saw to immense prosperity across the land. This period was known as the Halyconic Era, where the first lifeforms outside of the gods were born. They were simple creatures, allowing the first plants and animals to spread across the earth. It was the ideal state of nature, a place without civilization. It was a period that lasted for nearly two thousand years.
But the gods were flawed beings, creations that were envious and spiteful. As they grew older, so too did their hubris; they soon came to see themselves as greater than Primordial Life herself. And so they waged war, just over eight thousand years ago. Marduk and his siblings knew they were outnumbered by by Mother; she had birthed a number of other creations - the Lahmu, and many others. After all, she is the Mother of All Animals. And so to defend herself she rallied these creations, and many others, to fight against the arrogant gods. And the gods, in their arrogance, mimicked their Mother; in their image they created the first humans. And so the first war was fought in the very lands we now call Tobusekai.....
"I was among those first humans. And with my help, you can achieve what you desire most - peace. War did not come from Hagoromo Otsutsuki. It did not begin with the advent of chakra among humans. It was an ancient concept that came from the very gods that created us. You can unify the two pillars of existence."
