Considering Kurama just essentially said Sasuke was unrivaled in this outside of Hagoromo, it pretty much makes it clear that Sasuke's abilities with the rinnegan and fusing of the 2 powers is above Madara.

You need to reread the scan. This scan pretty much says rinnegan Sasuke(pre bijus)=Hagoromo(post bijus) but is instead increasing his powers, putting him solidly>Hagoromo(post bijus) but making him<Juubi Jin Hagoromo.

Kurama was talking about the level at which he was fusing the beast's chakra in to himself and using Susano'o as the vessel. Not power levels of Sasuke and Hagoromo.

I know that rinnegan isnt must for senjutsu, and feat-wise double rinnegan just gets more limbo clones, yay /sarcasm. Just what power you talk about?

Difference between rinnegan and tomoe one is that tomoe one is mixed with sharnigan powers whilst rinnegan isnt.

As i said tomoe eye is mix of both, kaguya had it its just one can have 1 sharinnegan just like juubi.

Sasuke clearly said he felt nature energy, sasuke also used juubi chakra to repair susanoo thus it would have to go through him all indicates he has senjutsu.
