I never said he didn't have Senjutsu. All I said the degree of Senjutsu he received is nothing compared to Naruto or Madara. The cloak would show clear view:
-Advanced sensing perception
-Gudduama
-Boost in all physical traits
-Flight
Every Senjutsu user can do that.
So a TBBRS is gonna hit Sasuke who can use his S/T to get away from it or swap with any one around him? Or just use his PS and fly away from it. Naruto was the main one against Kaguya but Sasuke was the one using his Rinnegan/PS/Amaterasu over and over again non stop and using his Rinnegan in the sand dimension till Sakura and Obito saved him while Naruto only used chakra claw 5 tails strength all tailed beasts KKG on his rasenshuriken and shadow clones.
Yes Naruto could have used shadow clones but Sasuke could have also used six paths techniques both was holding back at that time and both just now started to get serious Naruto = Sasuke this entire fight.

Sasuke is flying now.
You have no proof its somehow inferior sensing of his, he is powered by same juubi power.
TSBs are optional, kaguya didnt use them at first.
Dont know about his body physical boost but his susanoo overpowers 3 RSBMs now.

When you show me scans of Sasuke showing the same reaction time and perceptional sensing like Naruto or Madara, we can then agree he has equal sensing to them.
Why didn't he use them until now? They negate Ninjutsu and are very useful to fuse with his Raiton Arrow.
Yes, Susanoo that's a construction of Chakra. If his body didn't increase in physique, he doesn't have the degree of Senjutsu like Madara or Naruto.

He can use ST, but he has never shown he can use it while remaining inside of susanoo. When kakashi used kamui to phase, he didn't stay in susanoo. Combined with the fact he has never teleported susanoo itself, I'd say feats are necessary for this. Sure he could evade it, but then he'd leave behind PS, which would be counter-productive.
I doubt Sasuke has an almighty push strong enough to completely counter Naruto's Kurama avatar. Sasuke's deva abilities at the time should have been inferior to Madara's, who had stronger 6 paths senjutsu. Kakashi did state 6 paths senjutsu does enhance dojutsus in VIZ translations. If memory serves, even Madara's usage of deva path wasn't that great, and he was using the strongest version of deva path, planetary devastation.

I dont have those scans, but absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, the burden is on you thou, you claim its inferior as if you have something to base it on other then bias. Can i assume you can provide scans to back your statements up?
They dont negate ninjutsu fused with senjutsu, which is naruto case - illogical.
Susanoo comes from his body and it got boosted by juubi chakra, all powerful chakra enhances body and techniques, i dont see why this would be any exception.
Gonna have to correct myself, yes he used PS for that, but current one has no wings yet sasuke still flying.

Actually, I goofed up. I thought I remembered a scan of Naruto telling Sasuke to use ST when he was in PS. I relooked and it turned out I was wrong, so nope. Not much to suggest that Sasuke can use ST when in PS. However, it is debatable he can use it but it deactivated PS like Kakashi did.
Edit: Oh come on, are you actually implying that that pathetic feat of Madara's can qualify as impressive deva powers? That was the strongest version of Deva path, and Madara sucked with it. Deal with it.

He's probably flying using Deva Path.
My evidence is based on he lacks a cloak with Rinnegan and 9 Tomoe on the back.
Like that matters. Using it with his attack would be much better.
Except Susanoo isn't the user's body, unless you think Sasuke's body can tank powerful attacks like Susanoo can?

His PS can evade it with speed alone if he use S/T and leave his PS behind he can just reform it like he did against Kaguya. Or he can use preta and absorb the TBBRS and since Sasuke isn't controlling anyone it would be far faster than how Nagato absorbed Bee's chakra cloak.
Nagato had a shinra tensei to destroy a whole village Sasuke have the sages chakra and is the original Rinnegan owner his would be far stronger at least enough to repel a weakened shadow clone avatar. For all we know Sasuke can put the clones in CT since they're weaker than the original and was low on chakra.
