Interesting. Well, there's another thing to take from the Viz though. Sasuke's rinnegan prowess is second to none except possibly Hagoromo as Kurama said "almost unrivaled." This is still an incredible feat for Sasuke, and puts up his current susanoo to insane levels.

This is kind of underwhelming. Chakra molding, seriously? Who cares about that, why even bother praising Sasuke for something so trivial? It's like one of those things that just "happen" and we take it without question, so... meh. It looked to me like he just took the Beasts' chakra. Didn't Naruto do something similar back when Obito was still the main villain, anyway?

Actually, it's an incredible feat. This means Sasuke's fusion of Rinnegan and biju powers is on the same level as Hagoromo except he doesn't have the same amount of biju chakra. Considering Kurama just essentially said Sasuke was unrivaled in this outside of Hagoromo, it pretty much makes it clear that Sasuke's abilities with the rinnegan and fusing of the 2 powers is above Madara.
You need to reread the scan. This scan pretty much says rinnegan Sasuke(pre bijus)=Hagoromo(post bijus) but is instead increasing his powers, putting him solidly>Hagoromo(post bijus) but making him<Juubi Jin Hagoromo.

Kurama was talking about the level at which he was fusing the beast's chakra in to himself and using Susano'o as the vessel. Not power levels of Sasuke and Hagoromo.

This makes much more sense. I was seriously questioning how Sasuke had reached SO6P level even though
his abilities didn't seem to match up to the Sage's. But originally, I just assumed Kishi was just making Sasuke
at Sage's level for plot or something. But now this clears it all up!

I know that rinnegan isnt must for senjutsu, and feat-wise double rinnegan just gets more limbo clones, yay /sarcasm. Just what power you talk about?
Difference between rinnegan and tomoe one is that tomoe one is mixed with sharnigan powers whilst rinnegan isnt.
As i said tomoe eye is mix of both, kaguya had it its just one can have 1 sharinnegan just like juubi.
Sasuke clearly said he felt nature energy, sasuke also used juubi chakra to repair susanoo thus it would have to go through him all indicates he has senjutsu.
Chakra cloak isnt must, Obito was whipping TSB w/o it, its mimicking of sage's real clothing nothing more.
