I wanted to clean up my Custom Jutsu thread so i could find everything easier

Rat Customs

Summoning: Giant Ninja rat
Rank: A

Description: A summoning Jutsu where a Human Makes a pact with a giant ninja rat, Equipped with a katana

Water style: Swarming rats

Description: Using water you can make 20 rats and swarm the enemy as an attack

Discription: Explodes every water rat you control

Katon Sutairu: Nezumi kataki)Fire Style: Rats Revenge

Description: When hit with a wind attack you can use Fire chakra to create rats which travel down the wind and attack the enemy.

Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature.
Note:Must Have a signed contract with the animal you wont to summon. where many rats swarm out and can be used to do whatever you tell them, they are small and fragile but come in a mass quantity and watch out because they have a big apitite.

Description: By fusing you chakra into the ground you can summon a layer of rat flesh over the surface of the ground basically turning the ground you walk on rat flesh. (Not litterally turning the surface into rat flesh) Much like the toad stomach where you summon toad flesh all around you, you have control of the flesh and can move it at your will to bind or trap opponents. The rat flesh is quite durable, but can be broken through by S ranked techniques. It cannot be repaired in broken areas.

Nezumi: Rat Chakra

Description: By meditating with th rats they can transfer chakra from their body to yours. Both the user and the rat must be meditating back to back and should remain still. This justsu does not last long, but while encompassed in the aura of the rat you achieve heightened sense of smell and hearing as well as a strength and power/speed boost equal to 2nd Gate. It does not last for long or give you much but it makes the rats better use collaboration jutsu with the user.

Note: Only usable 1 time a battle
Note: Only Rat summoners can use.
Note: After use you are slower, weaker, and all senses are extremely weakened.
Note: After Use you cannot use Forbidden ranked jutsu.

Nezumi: rat flesh spikes

Description: Rat spikes made of rat flesh, attack the enemy. It can be used off any rat or rat flesh you can see. sort of like earth spikes but with rat flesh instead a basic attack made by the ancients to save their country. Spikes extend maximum one meter from source of flesh.

Discription: A huge wave of rats used to flood the field of rats and cover the enemy. This helps detect where the enemy is incase of a blinding jutsu or anything that may hamper my vision.

Note: Each time used, rats stay on battlefield for two turns before they automatically disappear

Sage Art: Wind Control (Tetsujin Jutsu: Kaze Soujuu)

Description: After forming the needed hand seals, the user will use a massive amount of chakra and extend it into the air around himself/herself and the opponent. (about 30 meters high and 50 meters wide, it looks like a hemisphere) The user will be able to manipulate the wind within this area at will. This jutsu can be used to attack or defend.
*this jutsu can only be used once per battle*
*once activated, this jutsu will last for 3 of the user's turns*
*this jutsu can only be used by those who have mastered Sage Mode*

Discription: By gathering natural energy around your enemy, you can crush him from all sides with an invisible force. The only way to defend against is to be able to see chakra, other wise you have no idea its coming.

Discription: By putting a layer of natural energy over your entire body, you can avoid detection. If they can sense water/heat anything like this it wont be noticed. also this can be a protection from jutsu the same rank or lower.

Note: Lasts 3 turns
Note: Can only be used 1 time per battle
Note: If the match lasts 3 turns this will not count as a jutsu.
Note: Cant use Forbidden jutsu after this.

Discription: by summoning some of the sages from the past that have been turned into stone, due to failed training. You can put them in a square formation and connect them with sage chakrato protect you from all sides. you can concentrate more chakra into it to make it stronger/weaker.

Note: Not only will nothing enter the box, but nothing can leave it either
Note: Lasts 3 turns, you can quit it Before then if needed.
Note: The barrier shrinks by half every turn activated so it can crush you if you dont get out soon

Many birds hav the abillity to mimic any sound they hear, by summoning this bird anything the bird hears the enemy will too. making genjutsu used through hearing, will be cast to the person doin the genjutsu as well.

Note: because of a pact with the birds and a seal placed on me, the bird is, Auto summoned as soon as i start to go into a trance the bird comes out.

Note: This will only work 2 times in battle.
Note: I still go into a trans but so does the opponent
Note: I go into the trans for 1 less turn once the bird feeds its chakra into me

Dicription: By focusing your fire chakra and making the sun's temperature making it unstable you can create a solar flare that can wipe a place the size of newyork.


Note: takes 1 turns to gather enough chakra to preform and even then, it takes time for the fire to get to the battle field.
Note: Does damage to every one on the field incuding the user.
Note: Cant use S-rank fire Jutsu's after this jutsu is preformed

Discription: By focusing your chakra into the palm of your hand and slaming it into any solid surface you can then disrupt the summoning of a creature thats being summoned on that same surface.

Water Style Wind Armour

Discription: By encasing yourself with water and wind you make a mirror all around you and rederecting the light from around you, making you invisible. this water,and wind is infused with your chakra making it so your opponent cant put his chakra into to create jutsu. The wind is on the outside and the water is on the inside. so if you use a fire jutsu the water will destinguish it but i loose my invisibillity because the wind is now gone.

Note: -10 chakra for every turn its activated
Note: usable 2 times a fight
Not: lasts 2 turns.
Note: Due to the water it negates fire up to S-rank fire but the wind portion depletes if hit by a fire jutsu

Ninja Art: Death Toll

Rank: Forbidden
Chakra: All
Damage: 200
Description: By concentrating all of your chakra out of your body making a shpere of chakra surround you to attack anything around, 10 feet in every direction but at the cost of your life due to the stress of releasing all your chakra at once.

*Death comes with this jutsu so only usable 1 time a game, and three times per bio before the bio is lost forever
*Cannot be used by anyone except real body of user

Description: The user will make a set of two hand seals and create a torrent of wind to sweep down around the target and encase them in a near-invisible square cell of wind trapping them and restricting their movements.
Note: restraining affects last 1 turn and user must wait two turns before each use.

Description: By using a mandalorian weapon, (A mandalorian weapon has a vibro blade making it stronger then most swords as it vibrates along with its increased speed due to light weight and titanium based metal.) And combining it with the methods of the ancients of myobakuzan which is encompassed by natural energy every fiber of the sword making the sword stronger, faster and able to control and absorb natural energy from all around you if it is unsheathed and unused for a set amount of turns per technique, which can be used for moves but not to power the user's Sage Mode. As well as granted special moves. (Customs will be made separate for this weapon.) The extent of the power is that of the jutsu i submit for this weapon. But the weapon alone has the power of the mandalorian blade which is stronger then a normal katana with added strength, speed and sharpness due to the sage chakra.
