Why are you making things up again.. I asked that before and you didn't answer lol.. Where does it show ANYWHERE in the entire series that the Raikage has any summons or knowledge of how to desummon, release, or seal any kind of entity or jutsu anywhere?

And as for him cutting off the 8 tails appendage, so what? They aren't that strong and are meant to grow back, Sasuke took out a leg with a single weakened Chidori, the weight of the tentacle alone sliced it in half...
That is the point of an octopus, to easily lose a limb so it can grow back.. lol..
Not to mention he used the power of lightning jutsu, which he wouldn't have against J mans toad throat jutsu.

Besides that is just 1 jutsu of a SHIT load J man has at his arsenal, he went all around the world and learned/got info about all sorts of jutsus and shtuff. He simply could not be defeated by A, A doesn't have the required tools to do so.

You don't need to know how to desommon a summon if that is even possible. You can beat it into submission. That was the reason why J-man dismissed his summon when he finally reach Sm. What justus shown from j-man that can beat A before he reaches SM? Nothing. Skills that can MAYBE hurt A when his in Sm is rasengan, genjustu or that attack he used he he got in SM and faced those 3 paths.

So can it stop a person like A who is speed blitzing? I doubt it. If toad's mouth is like quick sand than A can travel over it. The faster you go the less likely your chances are of getting stuck in it. And that might of been just one demonstration of someone breaking through toads mouth it could be other ways.

You seem to misunderstand the way I was thinking Jman would use the Jutsu. As he did with Naruto, he could make a cocoon of it around himself if he truly needed.

Personally I don't think A is fast enough to get out of it anyways, but that is besides the point - another argument. As for this, I am merely pointing out that there would be nothing A could do to break it/ get past it should he get trapped in it somehow or Jiraiya use it as a defense. Nothing =(.

A would probably win, even if Jiraiya summons the frogs, A could take them out. A is way too fast and too physically strong for Jiraiya. If Jiraiya starts the fight with Sage Mode activated, he'll have a chance of winning, but Sage Mode doesn't last too long, unless you're Naruto and you can leave a clone to gather natural chakra. A would outlast Jiraiya, he probably has a bigger chakra reserve than Jiraiya, stated by Karin.

Jiraiya.. he's been all over the world has immense strength, speed (not one the Raikages level no doubt but enough to keep up atleast), a HUGE chakra pool, summons, and too much knowledge to be defeated by lightning and taijutsu alone. He would put up a great fight but Jiraiya is too well rounded to be beat by Raikage.

MS sasuke couldnt keep up. and A has bijuu level chakra and speed/reflexes equal to minato. kakashis well rounded and that doesnt mean hed take down A

That's why Jiraiya casually one-shot each path by kicking them and one shot all of Pain's boss summons. Bullshit he "got owned", he would have destroyed Pain had there not been a 'sneak attack'.
