So Minato is just a little bit quicker than A (we also saw that in the Manga, as A tried to punch Minato in the face as they first met up and Minato barely was able to dodge). The difference in reaction speed really is very small.
Im even sure that Itachi´s reaction speed is faster than that of Minato because Sasuke could keep up with A and A itself is nearly as fast as Minato, and Itachi again is way faster than Sasuke. The MS gives Itachi simply an huge advantage.
To avoid any misunderstandings, Im talking about pure reaction speed! Not the speed of their bodys, I cant say if Itachi oder Minato moves quicker. And I dont consider Minato´s FTG as moving speed, its teleportation.
Yeah, he is faster than A. Sasuke could dodge few attacks of Raikage, and he even could keep up with A´s full speed (he could keep up and activate Susanoo, however he couldnt move as fast). Later in the fight between Itachi and Sasuke we saw that Itachi still is WAY faster than Sasuke, and Sasuke already is very close to A´s speed, so Itachi is atleast(!) as quick as A or maybe even quicker.

Itachi is not faster then A...If you say that, then you're saying Itachi is faster then Naruto in Rikudo mode.

well naruto is faster than A but itachi is not that fast like you said he is faster than sasuke but A was the second fastest ninja in the world and fastest after minato died and nowhere did they even try to hype itachi's speed.

there is no such thing as "full power itachi", outside the edo tensei itachi (considering he is dead and kabuto gives him more chakra if needed).
the reason why i bring up this is because ppl say if he was younger he would be "blah blah". But in actuality if he were younger he wouldnt be half the ninja that fought sasuke to begin with! think about it..
he was around 18-20 when he took out his clan thanx to the help of shisui and tobi. and as seen with other Ms users, you dont automaticly unlock susanno, amateratsu, and tsukuyomi right when you obtain the Ms. No matter how obsessed you are it is the truth. let alone master everything asap when he gets it!
and being a true genius of the uchiha i wouldnt expect anything less from itachi. And it was just a added plus that he obtained the yata mirror and that spiritual sword as an added bonus in his arsanal. but when ppl say if he was full power he would be the best, but that makes no sense considering his "full power" is when he has "fresh eyes". and when he had fresh eyes he did not have susanoo or full mastery over his ms techs let alone the sacred weapons he had. as you obtain power you slip into the darkness so in a sense its a double edged sword! as in your techs get stronger but your health and well being goes down. get it?
if anything what itachi showed to us (besides shisui's eye), is and was the full extent of his abilities! and to think otherwise is foolish! yes we know he could of killed sasuke not talking about that, im talking about that was itachi in his prime considering before he died he obtained everything he wanted to do before he let sasuke kill him...
so stop saying, "if itachi was full health" or "full power itachi". that doesnt exist in the "alive" itachi! not saying he is weak or anything close to that, but that your either fresh with weak and underveloped ms techs or your weak with powerful full mastered MS techs... and its just that simple!...
p.s. im a huge itachi fan, but you hardcore no life itachi fans need to wake up! he isnt the best and is no where close to being the best!

Dude when ppl they say he was fighting against sasuke he was about to die, he was not in a good shape cos of his illness not really becos of his eyes. And when ppl say he was in full power they meant when his illness did not really limit him like when he came to konoha and fought kakashi, not when he was about to die from his illness when fighting sasuke. Therefore the ONLY reason he lived THAT long is because he was Prelonging his life with medications, otherwise he wouldve been dead of his sickness.
Had had to make sure he lived long enough to die in front of Sasuke when Sasuke Got Strong.
A Healthy Itachi is an Itachi Thats not Sick, (For Example) Say if you had Aids in real life thats basically what he had, But the only reason he lived that long is because Medication Extended his life a little.
And since he uses Sharingan Almost ALL the time ,even when he's not in battle, He CONSTANTLY consuming chakra, and damaging his eyes.He mastered it at 13 and died at like 20 or 21. He overused his Sharingan, Yet he was STILL able to surround the WHOLE battlefield with Amaterasu, and maintain Susano'o for like 7 mins, PLus he even REACTIVATED it twice, EVEN though he was sick.

you are completely right about everything other than deva path is faster than itachi, naruto in sage mode was as fast as deva path and sasuke is substantially faster than naruto if you seem in raikage's fight he kept in the beggining when A was going slow and itachi is faster than sasuke you can see that in sasuke vs itachi and he was even sick then too, itachi is pretty quick not nearly as good as naruto or A but pretty quick and definitely faster than deva path.

OK Sasukes EYES was bleeding, But Itachi was coughing up blood AND his eyes was bleeding its like he had Turbeculosis, since he was coughing up blood

you're right but I just wanted to say that a 3 tomoe Sharingan doesn't consume an Uchiha's chakra, they can keep it activated for days and days and it wouldn't even affect them. Kakashi on the other hand can't do the same
