its likely that the 1st hokage has a counter to genjutsu becos he faced ems madara who had used genjutsu on the nine tailed fox only uchiha to do so he is obviously good enough with regular genjutsu and the 1st beat him so it safe to say Hahsirama can break itchi's genjutsu.

im not disagreeing with you. it is your opininion. i already agreed he would be different, but his skills and eyes would be the same. probably the only thing that would change would be his stamina, reaction speed, and endurance. not the most important thing a ninja needs which is... CHAKRA..

Well, chakra isn't the most importan thing. For example, taking away all jutsus (including sharingan) between Kakashi and Sasuke, I imagine Kakashi would win. Don't just consider chakra, but intelect, strategy, intellegence, skill and determination. I just barely scratched the surface of what a ninja truely needs. Itachi has all of those and more.

so you agree! sickness affects nothing you just listed! he was already going blind so sick or not it was going to happen. and i was listing chakra as the sorce of a ninja's powers. even with strategy chakra is your life! stated by kakashi if you run out then try to get more, you die.
