Although I liked ur theory about how itachi is good at tsukyomi and Sasuke being good with amaterasu and madara being good with susano, but in the end its just a theory whoever has better eyes win no matter how good of susano madara has if he has ms and itachi has Ems then his susano wouldn't matter cause itachi will rape him so its not about the susano or amaterasu its just whoever has better eyes win, so madara wins however if the have same eyes then itachi would win cause of his smartness and they have same eyes.

They won't both look the same if none of their Susanoo looked the same to begin with, and EMS does upgrade the weaker forms of your Susanoo but Sasuke's EMS upgraded Incomplete Susanoo only has 4 arms as an upgrade, not a pair of legs, so Susanoo having legs is unique to Madara. And "Perfect" Susanoo is merely a term Madara made for his Susanoo. Perfect Susanoo is merely his Final Susanoo that comes after his Complete Susanoo.

Bigger Susanoo means better defense and better attack power.
