Since when has Darui the stamina to compete Tsunade, who can heal armies without showing signs of fatigue?

Tsunade... just like Jiraiya will beat Itachi.
If hes use totsuka and etc.. then Tsunade uses katsuyu.. genjutsu is completely irrelevant then.

Because all fights are about stamina.
Itachi doesn't have Tsunade level stamina but neg diff un base.
Same with Minato but neg diff in base.
Same with Onoki but neg diff in base.
Same with Jiraiya but neg diff in base.
And the list goes on.

Even if 3 tomoe Itachi beats her, it is far from neg diff.
Minato was able to master the sage mode, and the FTG is also chakra toxing, therefore it is safe to assume his chakra levels are close to Byakugou Tsunade's. Not that it matter though, he rapes Tsunade.
Base Onoki? What's that?
Base Jiraiya isn't beating her.

Itachi never starts in MS.
Both of them ar smart, he will know not to under estimate tsunade.
Given her chakra control, a finger genjutsu will never work on her, the only genjutsu that may work is tsyku. And if Shen n then Yakutia mode it should counter it, both of his ms sharrigan techniques actually.
And his Susanoo is grass.
Her only problem is his sword.
Which I'm not to sure about, her healing suggested that it can undo sealings before.
Byakugou can possible tank it,
If she hits him it's over.
Given the location she has the Feild advantage, summoning katsuyu could also help her to counter genjutsu having a pocket katsuyu.
Byakugou tsunade was eye range with Madara plenty of time and he did nothing, but with ay he did.
Also your overrating Itachi if you think he can easily end her,

Why is this even a match up? Sick Itachi ends the battle with ease with regular 3T. Tsunade has no counter to Sharingan Genjutsu. Let's get real. Nor is she matching him in Taijutsu and handseal speed to make speedy Bushins. What about crow Clone techniques?

Itachi needs MS to beat Tsunade.
Genjustu is not GG as releasing her seal which will then interrupt her network by adding more chakra to it, will break the genjustu. If that doesnt work since Itachi has no intel on how hard it is to kill Tsunade whatever he does to end her will release her(Pain breaks it) from the genjustu and she will easily heal the attack.
Not to mention 3T Itachi has NOTHING to beat Katsuyu. Shuriken and Katon are tanked.
