Because all fights are about stamina.

Itachi doesn't have Tsunade level stamina but neg diff un base.

Same with Minato but neg diff in base.

Same with Onoki but neg diff in base.

Same with Jiraiya but neg diff in base.

What are you talking about? I am talking about Itachi fast handseal speed to dupe even Sasuke's Sharingan for Crow clones, and Bushins.

Itachi needs MS to beat Tsunade.

Genjustu is not GG as releasing her seal which will then interrupt her network by adding more chakra to it, will break the genjustu. If that doesnt work since Itachi has no intel on how hard it is to kill Tsunade whatever he does to end her will release her(Pain breaks it) from the genjustu and she will easily heal the attack.

Not to mention 3T Itachi has NOTHING to beat Katsuyu. Shuriken and Katon are tanked.
