How in the hell can Itachi be stronger in taijutsu when he only has 4.5 in the databook when she has 5?? Where Itachi is better is in speed. He is nowhere even equal with Tsunade in taijutsu. And in ninjutsu i don't see how you can say he has more. A part from Katon jutsus, Itachi has nothing at all, or almost nothing, when Tsunade has her medicals ninjutsus, regeneration ninjutsu, her scalpels ninjutsus, etc..

Btw it was Oro himself who cut his hand against Itachis genjutsu.

And what will she do with all the rest of Katsuya? She can't fit the entire summon into her shirt, no matter how large her bust size.

The sharigan as advanced as Itachi's in a 1v1 to most(not all) is non winnable fight. There is a reason why ninjas are told to never fight them in a 1v1 and run. In this case, Itachi's genjutsu is too strong and we know this because of how easily he was able to catch Orochimaru and slice off his hands with one. He is able to put people in them so fast that they don't even notice they are in one.
