i think that person is you and nagato is not that fast so it does work and naruto has gotten him with techs also. And who told u tsukiyomi does not work when genjutsu has worked on nagato's paths b4. i think ur the one deserving that title izanami along with shawnd since both of u are hardcore fanboys and come up with terrible points. xd
Against paths, that is. Itachi would have to use it on Nagato directly.
Maybe if paths were doing nothing and let Amaterasu burn them, but thats not a case. Like I said, Pain knows about Amaterasu, he can sense when Itachi will use it, and has whole set of abilities to couter it and protect all paths.

*Sighs* Jiraiya already proved that the paths can be caught in Genjutsu. How many times do we have to mention that?
they are not fast dude and some even got caught in amaterasu which is much faster they do not have the speed to dodge it. their formation is great but they still do not have the speed to dodge it.
That was paralyzing gen that can be used on multiple targets at once, its completely different than Tsukiyomi. For Nagato controlling paths is like controlling rc car, Tsu would have to be used directly on him.

They dont have to be fast, they are using their abilities very fast and thats all that matters. ->
itachi is fast dude ands once amaterasu comes out it can't be dodged by ppl who are not too fast the jutsu can be dodged by ppl on the speed lvl of raikage and ppl like that but these paths barely dodged rasenshuriken and amaterasu is muc faster than that and he can get multiple ppl too with one go as he looks he can get multiple placves and since the paths are not too fast they can't dodge it and would die to it. tsukiyomi also stops the ppl and paralyzes them and since genjutsu has worked on the paths b4 why can it not work again.
