Not really. Susanoo can be easily countered by Chibaku Tensei. Yata Mirror in not negating gravity.
Pain > Itachi. Live with that. Not only he has counter for every Itachi technique, but he also has waaay bigger chakra.

gravity is not a nature type so susanno yata mirror won't be able to block since yata nmiirror abilty is endowed with nature types so that it can change the characteristic for the attack it recieves but there are no nature types to block gravity.

dude getting close to Susano'o is suicide. Pain will not risk his path to get close to Susano'o. Susano'o will crush it, or slice it with the Totsuku, or Knock it back with the Yata mirror if any path gets close.
Seriously getting close to Itachi's Susano'o is retarted. Pain is not that stupid. He even took precautious measures when fighting Kakashi. He used a Nail, instead of getting close to Kakashi, so fighting a stronger opponent he will take even more precautious measures.

Amaterasu would be absorbed, granted. Susanoo has already been effective against nagato, firstly by sealing him with the totsuka sword and the long range attack; yasaka magatama.
Also tsukuyomi would work. In order to actually come up with a good answer youd have to analyse their abilities very carefully and i cant be bothered to do that right now, therefore id call a draw
Itachi is smarter than nagato and is very tactical he would not get his susano absorbed either since killing one path with taijutsu is simple for someone like him.
Any attack directed towards yata mirror can be blocked and shinra tensei is just a force. and yata mirror blocked things other than just nature in the past.
and itachi can get multiple paths with amaterasu in one go other than preta so he can pretty much kill all the paths other than preta with amaterasu. and the paths are not thhat fast so dodging the amaterasu is not likely and that attack is fatser than chibaku tensei so deva would not be able to use it fast enough and itachi can get him with the sword or in a 5 sec intervall with amaterasu. itachi would win with difficulty, pain is not unbeatable.

susanno is made of chakra so are you saying that nagato won't use a preta bath to absorb susanno since it's basically chakra and also the spirit items.
