tht doesnt mean he was close 2 naruto. he was just close enough 2 use it. i read the manga and tht distance doesnt look luk reachable with totsuka sword.

The swords pretty long, and it even looked longer in the manga than it did when he sealed orochimaru (judging by the distance they was) Maybe it extends, since its no physical shape.

but when i said close i meant Nagato has to be very close to pain.
So itachi can seal him while he's using Chibaku tensei, They either both might die Nagato might get sealed, and itachi might get crushed If Susano'o cannot take it.

I thought you meant he has to be close to itachi to cast chubaku tensai and the sword hitting a giant snake is not the same.

of course that would beat itachi, But Danzou wouldnt use it someone like itachi, he was saving that for Madara, otherwise he wouldve used it on SAsuke since he was about to die.

You saw how fast the sword cut they head off. That same speed would be directed towards pain while he uses Chibaku tensei. Im not saying it was lightneing fast but its fast enough, since nagato stands still with his hands together when he 1st does it

Omg omg omg I so sick of this statement cause two sage frogs put 3 paths in a senjustu a sound genjustu witch is way different then visual genjustu. So for all lame itachi fans this is my final conclusion about shenanigan putting rinnengan in genjustu.the strongest Ninja ever was sage of six paths with rinnengan the strongest tailed beast ever was the ten tails that had shanningan and six paths beat him. And yes the tailed beast had tsyyomi ( can't spell) and if rinnengan can beat ultimate shanigan then yes it has visual genjustu counters and if any one Denys any part of this they are stupid.

lol i said Genjutsu Is Genjutsu: Dosent matter how it's delivered.

for example: I kick a ball at you, Then I Throw a Ball at you, The same thing Happened Right, The only thing diffrent was How it was delivered, But the Outcome and result was Exactly the same.

So once again Nagato most likely isnt immune to Genjutsu.

Even jiraiya's Sound Genjutsu Turned into a Visual setting. It showed Pain inside of some Cube, Pain saw himself inside of a cube, basically thats Visualisation since PAin had to "See/Visualize" that he was inside of an cube, and he couldnt even get out.
An actual sound genjutsu is Kin's which she used on shika

And plus no where does it say Pain is immune to visual genjutsu. It woul'dve BEEN said that. So until it sais Rinnegan is immune to visual genjutsu, Its not until kishi states that somewhere atleast.
