Healthy Itachi MS vs Madara MS, Itachi took genjutsu to its limits with what he was given.
Give Itachi Rinnegan and Hashi cells and he'll make even better use out of them than Madara, he's a prodigy.

Itachi humiliates Madara. This isn't the Dragon Ball series where simply the more powerful character wins.
Itachi's arsenal is more versatile and his tactical awareness is godly.
Tsukuyomi alone handles Madara. We've never even seen Itachi use it with the intention to kill or completely, permanently, and utterly incapacitate his opponent. Remember how he effortlessly defeated Kakashi with it? Not to compare Madara to Kakashi. Madara is much more powerful and is a fellow Uchiha, but that wouldn't save him from the pseudo-god Itachi!
