i don't know if bee can counter amaterasu so until he's shown to be able to counter amaterasu i say itachi wins. even in v2 in order to break susanoo he needs to get close to itachi and itachi can use this oportunity to cast amaterasu. also itachi can fill the battlefield with amaterasu like did to the forest when he fought sasuke.

I would say Itachi wins this simply because his taijutsu allows him to effectively evade all of V1 and V2 and when he goes full bijuu amateratsu. Lastly as many people are forgetting this thread says no restriction so Edo Itachi is not restricted ergo giving him unlimited stamina and with full knowledge Itachi can better predict his movements due his sword movements with the Samehada being neglected due to Itachi's presumed experience and his unlimited edo stamina.

If Killer Bee can defeat MS Sasuke who has a larger arsenal then Itachi then Killer bee can defeat Itachi.

This is nothing like Tsukuyomi, when a target is under Tsukuyomi the environment around has a different shade and looks different, you can clearly see that it was a generic genjutsu because Itachi appeared in front of Danzo but the environment was exactly the same. And yes it makes sense, it was nowhere mentioned that Danzo was refering to Sasuke's tsukuyomi.

The background is all dark, it is a clear indication that this is Tsukuyomi, Sasuke never used Tsukuyomi against Danzo

Sasuke was not there to kill Bee, but capture him. Had this been an all-out killing fight, Sasuke could have just availed those twelve to fifteen seconds to simply take Bee's head out. Before you say he wasn't that long under genjutsu, then look at this scan again: from 'I cannot move, to Sasuke issuing forth a sigh and turning around' was a lot of time IF one would want to avail it.

Even if I give you the benefit of the doubt, then Itachi still wins, as this window is availed to cast a single Amaterasu to beat Bee. He is killed instantly afterwards.
