Look, using the sharingan for a few minutes/few clones/few suitons would mess Kakashi up big time. He even stated 4 raikiri was his limit.

Kakashi used 6 taikiri/suitons/all with the sharingan on and still had enough chakra left to use the MS.

Read Kakashi vs Pain and his showings in the war and it's obvious how much Kakashi has improved.

Itachi stayed the exact same way? total and absolute bullshit.. incredibly bias also...

-His chakra/stamina has improved significantly
-Skill with sharingan is better than P1, using it for a few minutes in the past would exhaust him with a few jutsu. Now the guy can keep it active for over a day and use multiple jutsu like raikiri/raiden which require a hefty amount of chakra.

Itachi Uchiha
-Shows his other MS move. Nothing to suggest he couldn't do that in P2
-HIs great shuriken skills. Nothing to suggest he couldn't do that in P2
etc etc you should get the idea by now.

Your entire argument was based on your theory that kakashi got better and itachi stayed the same thus kakashi will be able to fight him equally..

The taijutsu brawl they had, as you said it was 30% vs 50 % , and itachi was unable to do anything like kage bunshin exploding or anything of the sort due to only having 30% chakra at his disposal.. less than 30% he casted a few jutsu before hand

Kakashi did get better. Itachi had a maximum 5 in speed in P1. He was suffering from a disease so increasing his speed is unlikely.

About the bunshin battle, it was mentioned to imply they are equal in taijutsu. The databook backs this up.

Tobi was still pretended to be a noob when he made that comment, it was more of a warning to Deidara.

Kakashi got Tobi without him noticing it until it was too late, futhermore he kept up with V2 Jins for a while.

Show me the page where Itachi used it without eye contact oterwize get off this garbage from here.

Kakashi countered it with a clone even with eye contact while orochimaru get caught by the similar genjutsu.

I just posted the databook translation for the binding illusion itachi used on or.. and it stated that using handseals for it is unnecessary .. Not that it CANT be used with handseals..

ONLY mangekyou has techniques that are soely from the sharingan....
There are no base sharingan jutsu...

The last stats for itachi was what chapter 409 or something? and even with his heart disease he had a 5 in speed 5 in hand seals..

At most the only thing odd with itachi's stats is his stamina..its below average due to his sickness... thats about all it affected..

His ninjutsu really wont make a difference if itachi can dodge them.. and you all are either under the belief that itachi does not have genjutsu, or can't use genjutsu, which are both wrong. he was able to one panel sannins with them since he was 13.... itachi , likes strting matches with genjutsu, look at most his fights.. without sharingan , what is kakshi to do?

@Kakashii Itachi put naruto in a genjutsu purely by naruto looking at his hand / fingers, so genjutsu is still on the cards, I think Itachi will take this med-high difficulty, because he is probably better in taijutsu, and ninjitsu, Kakashi has numerical ninjitsu advantage but Itachi's (I would say at least) are stronger. It will come down to a difficult end because of Kakashi's intelligence, experience, and strategic mind, as he showed against the 7 swordsmen in recent manga, and by his fight with Itachi alot earlier, in which, if I'm not mistaken Itachi only dodged his underground mole attack because of his sharingan. Anyway, Itachi wins med-high difficulty
