where has kakashi proven he can taijutsu without sharingan? And one sharingan doesn't matter.... the only time ive seen kakashi really use taijutsu, was possibly against hidan and kakuzu, and he had sharingan activated, which gives him movement prediction

except for low genjutsu level like the crows and ephemeral.kakashi showed similar genjutsu to sakura without using his sharingan on the first chapters.

I'll get back to you on that later, I don't have time to go manga searching right now. But until I show you that, the fact still remains that he only has one Sharingan and has still shown awfully familiar taijutsu skills to Itachi.
No they don't , it was USED via sharingan eye contact, so people on wikia put it as that...
I suggest you not follow wikia..
The ONLY sharingan that has abilities in MANGEKYOU sharingan... which is tsukyomi amaterasu, kotoamatsuki etc..... Basic sharingan has no Jutsu... just traits... -Copy jutsu,copy hand writing, keen eye sight, cast genjutsu through eye contact etc...
Whart I meant with "especially since Sharingan isn't involved" is that Itachi can't used any genjutsu using Sharingan, so they aren't as powerful as they could really be.
What I mean is, Naruto could break the genjutsu when he fought the fake Itachi. So, Kakashi, who is stronger than younger Naruto, has more possibilities to break through it. I'm sure he has a lot of training with that (since he's also a Sharingan user).
I'm just saying Itachi's way of fighting is using his Sharingan, afterall he's an Uchiha. Without his most powerful tool, he's not weak, but much less stronger.
You could say this also happens to Kakashi, but Kakashi has other techniques besides genjutsu (sharingan).
Those are my reasons of why he would win, although with an extreme difficulty (they are pretty much the same without the Sharingan).

kakshi countered a similar genjutsu (paper burning) that requirerd sharingan contact too and he simply countered it.

.....sharingan ALLOWS the user to cast genjutsu via eye contact.....don't be stupid, everyone else casts genjutsu using handseals etc.....the very genjutsu cast with handseals will be cast through eye contact... just because itachi prefers casting through the eye doesn't mean he can't through handseals like kurenai.....
And please find ONE instance where i used wikia to prove a point

you're wrong ,by your logic kakashi will be able to use all his genjutsus as well without sharingan so he can use them on itachi as well and can still counter itachi with clone and vice versa.

that's valable for itachi too ,he won't know when kakashi activate his genjutsu.
and sakura broke it pretty easily while kakashi at first chapter caught sakura into genjutsuu without sharingan as well and she coulnd't broke it.

Alot of people feel that without a bloodline a person is weak and this is not the case for many. Sure the sharigan has aided itachi, he took advantage of his blood line.
The way itachi is, even if he wasnt born with a bloodline he would still pwn the majority of characters including kakashi.

If you go into detail and anaylse their feat;
Ninjutsu; ? (reason being its because of the sharigan that has let kakashi copy 1000, if he didnt have this, we shoudlnt include his 1000 jutsu's he has learnt from the use of the sharigan)
Taijutsu; Equal (the data book stats, although ill leaning towards itachi)
Genjutsu; Itachi (Alot of people believe that the only way for itachi to get somebody in a genjutsu is by looking in their eyes and this is not the case at all. His genjutsu is not just eye techs at all)
Chakra reserves; kakashi (data book has him on 3, whilst itachi's is 2.5. You could strongly aruge that its because of his illness)
