Right forgot about lclones, Rasengan and first gate won't do anything, kabuto already explained that rasengans has a predictable movement to it, without alot of speed its easy to dodge...First gate just gave him some little strength boost T.T

the rasengan is also copied and without the sharinga he has what two ligtning jutsu a few dogs and some genjutsu

Itachi would own kakashi without sharingan. His speed kunai skills taijutsu and and fire and water style jutsus would beat kakashi. Kakashi has a lot of jutsus but itachi will use his incredible speed and intelligence to outwit kakashi.

itachi wins he is of the uchiha clan and even if his sharingan isnt out he can still read ur movements itachi became i full flegded ninja at the age of 8 itachi is winning. if it is a battle with there sharingan itachi wins without it itachi still wins

reasons why kakashi will win : kakashi got raikiri,chidori,lighting clone,extending lighting wolf,and that's only for lighting,
he still have earth and suiton jutsus (afinity can't be copied by sharingan) , he still has summons ,he still have his speed,he will still be like shikamaru,his speed will still be the same,he still have his taijutsu, sharingan will restrict itachi's taijutsu as well so it doesn't change anything.

You're right for the most part, but Chidori can't be used "effectively" without the Sharingan because you can't run at full speed with it. Although Sasuke has shown that it can be used from a standstill so it's still a possibility.

If neither of them use Sharingan then Kakashi would win because Kakashi has learned how Itachi fights.

I would say Kakashi, since besides genjutsu Itachi doesn't really have much, does he? (correct me if I'm wrong)
Kakashi could break through genjutsu, especially if Sharingan isn't envolved. Both are pretty fast and such, but Kakashi has raikiri and chidori by his side, as well as summoning.
So to me, Kakashi > Itachi

Besides genjutsu? itachi will fk kakashi up with his genjutsu....Don't think he can't use his genjutsu... ALL sharingan allows you to do is CAST genjutsu through eye contact.....The very same genjutsu can be cast via handseals like what kurenai does

You do realize sharingan drastically increases your ability to see through and break genjutsu right? and without it he's as susceptible as oro...
Infact oro has a 5 in genjutsu, kakashi a 4, and oro still got owned by itachi's basic genjutsu......

genjutsu is all itachi needs his genjutsu is not some regular weak genjutsu.he is also faster than kakashi.
Itachi has always used his Sharingan to get the upper hand in taijutsu, so it's tough to say what he would be like if he didn't have it. Kakashi on the other hand has proved he can throw down without it on several occasions, and has also shown equal feats to Itachi in terms of taijutsu even though he only has one Sharingan. You're highly underestimating Kakashi.
