Sasuke didn't need Izanami to beat Danzo. I don't think Itachi would need it, the latter also has Intel of Izanagi, Danzo doesn't really have much options out.

If this is Alive Sick Itachi then Danzo wins Mid Difficulty. Alive Healthy Itachi or Edo Itachi wins Mid Difficulty.

sasuke has better stamina than alive Itachi + Karin was helping him , Izanagi counters anything itachi have, until he ran out of chakra

His stamina is low period, illness or not. If part 1 Itachi is Healthy Itachi then he's only able to use 3 MS moves before having to deactivate Sharingan altogether from the drain. He's certainly not outlasting Danzo.

Itachi wont spam Susano'o like Sasuke to kill his izanagi lives off, lol. He can simply kill him with kunai's until izanagi runs out.

If you want my input on the two, I say 50/50 but leaning more to Danzo because Itachis main threat, Genjutsu, is countered by Danzos own Sharingan and any Amaterasu, Totsuka, or Yasaka Bead attempts will be useless due to Izanagi

Danzo got took out by Sasuke's genjutsu, if Itachi uses Totsuka or Yasakas, it would be a strategic use. He doesn't need Amaterasu.

Sharingan sees through Genjutsu but in the panel it was needed the most, it didnt. I think you know what that means.
