All he needs are smoke bombs, some underground earth techs and a wicked Mangekyo Sharingan. All of which he has. Just gotta pop up behind Itachi and Kamui his head off. U_U

I believe - Itachi wins with very high difficulty. Now Kakashi is not an easy match for him. With his improved skills, mastery over ninjutsu, Kakashi can easily push Itachi to his limits.
