Doesn't matter. The datebook says itachis stamina is low and so does the manga.

Have you ever wondered why itachi doesn't use none of his three MS techniques at the same time like Madara and sasuke?

Ex sasuke using susanoo and Amaterasu at the same time.
Madara using susanoo and genjutsu at the same time.

It's because he can't. He'll exhaust all his chakra and die. If you are a true itachi fan you would realize this and know that itachi is smart enough NOT to use his techniques like that because they would most likely kill him. Why can't you see that?

Madara has tsukuyomi....why do you think the plan is called "Infinite Tsukuyomi"?

Shin Suusen Tu is a mokuton tech....he can just recreate it if it does get sealed

Danzo defeated shisui who had 2 Kotoamatsukami at his disposal

there are 2 different variants as well....1 is the one Danzo has, for it to work, he has to focus his energy on his target or else the affect will wear off....as seen with Mifune when Ao called him out and he stopped casting it....but it can be used more often

The one Itachi has can only be used once every 10 years, and for it to work you must look directly into it as seen with Itachi

.....again.....Itachi having more techs doesn't mean squat.....he can't produce a katon to the size of Madara's

Kabuto can be 5th only WITH edo tensei. Without, he's way below. Sasuke > Kabuto no ET ^_^
Oh and you said Kakuzu > Itachi ? Get real, Kakuzu can neither get away from Ameterasu nor can he break through Tsukuyomi. Not speaking of izanami.
Apart from those it's pretty fine, even though there are many who should be on with the same number..
