Since we are I also imagine Itachi taking sasukes eyes enabling him to achieve EMS, he will then have PS, totuska blade with yata mirrior, and also tsukuyomi, izanagi, izanami,kotoamatsukami, amaterasu. He will be able to cast his spells without going blind, and taking less chakra to cast it. So here is the real list.

OT: That is unknown but yeah Itachi could've been one of the strongest with EMS I'd imagine that he'd be on par with EMS Madara without Kyuubi and not edo.

Itachis sickness was what brought him down, he would never take sasukes eyes unless he were to die similar to how izuna did. Plus u forgot he had the freedom to use kotoamatsukami at one point but anyways that would still be a stretch to say he is number 1. I like the idea as he is my favorite but madara and hashi are at a unreal level of strength and techs.

Although its possible because itachi is powerfull... Just unlikely because there is somthing always hindering him just like there is every uchiha.

you're kinda retarded ;/ everyone here on narutobase when comparing a naruto character vs another naruto character is using imagination. I am also using imagination because itachi could have easily goten EMS if it was not for the storyline.

If itachi had Ems and no sickness. Then I really don't see anybody beating him except the sage and the future naruto and Sasuke cause ofc they r gonna be the strongest by the end of the series.
