if you're talking about itachi you're highly mistaken. Itachi does not have low chakra reserves I don't know where everyone is getting that he was just blind and if itachi had ems, the eyes technique would not take that much chakra to even bother itachi.

Sasuke ran out of chakra when he was at the summit after using amaterasu, susanoo, fodder genjutsu and chidori. In the fight vs sasuke, itachi used tsukuyomi, amaterasu and susanoo. Looks like itachi's chakra reserves are higher than sasukes.

Itachi has more chakra than sasuke. He casted 3 ms techniques and sasuke casted 2 then he ran out of chakra. So what you're saying to me is that sasuke won't get PS then right? But if he does he will die of chakra exhaustion LOL. Nice logic. Everyone be prepared to watch sasuke die when he gets PS.

That's because Sasuke fought the five Kage one after the other with no breaks in between.And Sasuke has proven to have higher chakra reserves than Itachi because he can use jutsu that eats alot of chakra whereas Itachi can't.
