Orochimaru was killed off without arms and was sick, then came back and got sealed in an illusion in the same health condition, and came back again. Not once does anyone believe him without ET could solo many of the top ten ninja (well, honest ones).

Lolz he was never killed though, he was absorbed. His conscience was repressed by Sasuke, so technically he was alive. He was sealed again, so his status was incapacitated, but we all knew he'd eventually come back somehow. But honestly, where are you going with your statement?
