Everyone that says "Well Itachi can just KA him, Itachi wins no difficulty." May I just say, I TOLD YOU SO! He cannot use KA all willy nilly on just any person he wants. He can use it on Sasuke and himself only. Manga scan > Itachi fanboys/girls.

Otherwise he could've chosen to do whatever, plus he and Kimimaro are the ONLY known shinobi to be killed off by disease. (Which is usually in most anime's way of saying this character's too powerful to be killed off by another) Itachi's true extent is and never will be known.

People can escape Ama and after he cast it he would be in bad shape and Izanami would not be much use for living Itachi. Remeber Itachi said this himself. Izanami iz for countering Izanagi, other jutsu would require him to be hit. plus true self BS i didn't understand lol

The manga just seems to indicate Itachi chose it to activate to his mangekyo eyes if Sasuke transplants it. KA is only limited by i guess the recharge time of like a decade.

You read the manga. Don't misinterpret... Itachi was bound to die no matter what, and in his sick state he was equal to Jiraiya. This was an already half blind Itachi at the age of 19 in Part I.

Btw, the Wikia isn't biased either... It's based off complete manga fact, given by the Databooks, that's just an excuse to suit your statements. I'm not fond of Itachi, but give credit where credit is due. Don't let the fans completely allow you to undermine a character to a point where all his achievements are next to nothing. Remember, he and Kimimaro are the ONLY characters killed by disease in the Narutoverse today.
