Serouisly,I luv itachi,he' one of my favourite characters.but comeon this guy is one of the most overrated character in NB

He CHOSE for it to activate whenever his Mangekyou Sharingan was activated.... It just so happened he was revived and Kabuto forced him to activate it. Otherwise he could've chosen to do whatever, plus he and Kimimaro are the ONLY known shinobi to be killed off by disease. (Which is usually in most anime's way of saying this character's too powerful to be killed off by another) Itachi's true extent is and never will be known.

Yeah, Shin was so powerful man. Geez.

More importantly, Itachi speculation is pointless because we have never seen him fight 100% while alive and never will because he is dead. His fight against Kabuto with Sasuke didn't even give either of them the opportunity to use full potential because Kabuto was controlling the arena to an extent. This argument is pointless.

1.) Made self-sacrifice for the better of his people
2.) Made self-sacrifice for the better of his village
3.) Tried to do better every day
4.) Become strong for the right reasons
5.) Protect the ones you love

Hashirama did not make as near as much sacrifice as Itachi, and that is why Hashirama said that. Hashirama could spank Itachi up and down death valley. Hashirama > Itachi

He rigged Kotoamatsukami when he planted it within Naruto. His prime had to be much after he was 14, but before his debut in Part I. He had JUST recently unlocked his Mangekyou when he murdered the Clan along with Tobi.

Btw, the Wikia isn't biased either... It's based off complete manga fact, given by the Databooks, that's just an excuse to suit your statements. I'm not fond of Itachi, but give credit where credit is due. Don't let the fans completely allow you to undermine a character to a point where all his achievements are next to nothing. Remember, he and Kimimaro are the ONLY characters killed by disease in the Narutoverse today.

Orochimaru was killed off without arms and was sick, then came back and got sealed in an illusion in the same health condition, and came back again. Not once does anyone believe him without ET could solo many of the top ten ninja (well, honest ones).

Is itachi strong ?? YES.

Is itachi the strongest ?? HELL TO THE NO ....

at this point in the series, i would struggle to put him in a top 10 strongest character LIST (honestly he doesn't make it in my list)
