Imagine MS Sasuke met Itachi with the mindset to destroy Konoha as well as get revenge on Itachi. And then Itachi was tired of Sasuke's shit so he wanted to kill Sasuke right then and there. Could Itachi pull it off? IMO, Itachi would shit on MS Sasuke if he was going with the intent to kill. Spoiler You must be registered for see images That would probably happen if they fought. I mean, Sasuke can't really kill him unless he kills the one who used ET.

It depends on Itachi's health during this hypothetical battle. If he's at the point he was when he actually fought Sasuke, I think MS Sasuke would win considering Itachi was on the brink of blindness and death. But if they're both fighting in good health, Itachi would definitely take that battle. Their MS is identical and Itachi mastered all of its techniques, especially Tsukuyomi. Kind of off topic, but just imagine how powerful Itachi's Susanoo would be if it were perfected considering all of the weapons it had. Woo...
