You're trying to prove a point that doesn't exist. Hashi cells are still cells as are Yamato's, both can be stored so you're dismissal is silly. Stomach acids analogy is irrelevant since the NV doesn't conform to all of our world's rules.

What is certain is that Kabuto used his snake to pump something into Sasuke it could'be been hashi cells or his medical chakra. He could've already added Hashi cells prior to this nothing is definite.

2. Being physically exhausted to the point that you can barely move.

3. Expending pass your natural chakra reserves.

Mental energy produce the energy for chakra, and since the Uchihas genetically inherit mental energy of the sage, most of their jutsus/chakra will require less physical energy to use in the first place.

The fact you’re equating Yamato to a cell is more reason as to why I shouldn’t have even started this discussion with you. With the amount of Itachi wank in this series, I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be compatible with Hashi cells. They were tossed around like candy throughout the series. I must admit Itachi with a PS and Totsuka/Yata would be a sight to behold. He should have gotten the Hashi cells so he could unlock his PS.
