No kabuto doesn't otherwise he would've made refernce to them when fighting Itachi and Sasuke. He also wouldn't have wanted a Zetsu for studying. Kabuto had some Hashi cells likely from Orochimaru's experiments which he could play with. As for Kabuto, he's Kabuto and had a body which could handle such things he also went onto learn DSM.
While Orochimaru's reasearch may be leaps and bounds, his children have yet to demonstrate the Mokuton ability. I don't for a moment believe Orochimaru wouldn't give his kids such an ability if possible.
Since we're assuming Orochimaru no longer conducts human experiments we may never find out if he's perfected a method to pass them to others.

No he didn't, he conducted experiments on himself to acquire more abilities not so he could learn DSM. If you could provide scans confirming Kabuto added Hashi cells or enhanced himself so he could learn DSM I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

I am going to suggest exactly that since Kabuto is adding those cells to Sasuke. If they were a part of his make up/added to him he wouldn't have been able to do so. He also wanted a Zetsu because he didn't have what he needed otherwise there was no point in wanting a Zetsu. As an added bonus if he did indeed have Hashi cells then he wouldn't have needed anything else to boost the power of his Edo Tensei like Orochimaru's inferior chakra.
Not directly but as said chakra is increased by training which will also increase your stamina, more stamina means more physical energy which means more chakra,
You can run out of stamina by using taijutsu and still have chakra. But if you run out of chakra you will also run out of stamina.
Correct, Stamina=Physical Energy but there are some cases where Itachi completely ran out of stamina but he still had enough chakra to use a couple of jutsus.
So to me it wouldn't make sense for you to say that Itachi has low chakra reserves when you need high chakra reserves to use the sharingan in the first place let alone the Mangekyo Sharingan jutsus.

It's obvious that Kakashi's chakra grew stronger since the point of part 1 all the way to shippuden to be able to finally use the mangekyo sharingan but his stamina still remained stagnant.
So It's impossible for an Uchiha to have any type of low chakra reserves at all even Kakashi noted this during Team 7's training

I'm not siding with itachi or madara in this thread but I just wanted to warn you about your mistake before some Naruto fan or any other Senju fan will use your words/thread against you in another thread.
Itachi has very high chakra reserves but his stamina or physical energy is absolute shit because of his illness, so he won't be as physical strong as someone like Gai or Lee who can break trees, boulders, and stone walls with a single punch. Neither will Itachi be able to handle the exhaustion suffering pains when the battle drags out longer than he anticipated but he was still smart enough to pace himself to keep up with Hebi Sasuke's level since they both collapsed.
