im just curious. Do you consider any guy that doesn't screw every chick he sees gay? Further more, that would mean that naruto is superbly gay, seeing as he could have hinata anytime of the day but he chases after sasuke instead.

Every one seems to be forgetting that this is a 2 on 2 and NARUTO is also fighting all the posts i've read so far is about Jiriya fighting Itachi and sasuke on his own which tbh i dont think he could win but with Naruto helping they do have a chance but i cant really say since we haven't seen everything Naruto can do we've seen Jiriya fight against Pein, Itachi against sasuke and we've seen sasuke fight (if u can all raping one tech fighting) but we haven't seen what Naruto can now do so i think all thes whos the strongest threads are pointless when we haven't seen what every one can do yet since the war is only just starting sorry it's so long and if it sounds like im moaning x

I didn't read any posts on this thread, I pretty much just wanna state my opinion.

I guess Jiraiya and Naruto would have a pretty easy one as long as they keep some distance to each other so that Itachi couldn't use a genjutuso on both of them at the same time. As far as Amaterasu goes Naruto might be in trouble if Jiraiya gets captured long enought in genjutus, otherwise Jiraiya would just seal it away.

Anyhow if they avoid geting hit by Amaterasu wich seems quite possible to me as both, Naruto and Jiraiya are pretty fast in sennin mode, they won't have any problems I think. I guess both Jiraiya as well as Naruto could break easily through Susanno which also costs a lot of chakra. And we have seen Jiraiya being incredibly fast with that one jutsu he used on the summoning Pain not quite sure how it is called right now. So he could force them with this jutsu to keep Susanno up and Naruto prepares his Rasenshuriken in the background with mabey one clone in the front just to distract the brothers for a second.

Also Itachi stated in my opinion that he could not beat Jiraiya although there have been 3 years in between that statement and the time i assume this fight to happen (if both Itachi and Jiraiya didn't die).
Very last I would like to point out that Sasuke and Itachi don't really have any practise with each other, Naruto and Jiraiya have been training and fighting together for over 3 years so imho their Teamwork would be way better then the Teamwork of the 2 brothers.

I think i might be misreading you here but neither Sasuke nor Itachi can use Izanagi because in order to use Izanagi one must possess both Uchiha and Senju DNA.

You are right if you mean throwing in Madara and hence Izanagi. But Minato himself said that no Ninja would simply be able to beat Madara and hence he sealed the Kyuubi in Naruto. This means that he could not have beat Madara (which kinda sucks because If you read my last post you can easily tell I am on team Naruto ) and so then the Uchiha would have won.

It is true that had the fox not stepped in, Naruto probably couldn't have broken free. But the Naruto should get just as much credit if not more for the fox than Sasuke should get for his Mangekyou or maybe even his sharingan. They are both things that Naruto and sasuke were blessed with and atleast unlike the sharingan, the fox has given Naruto trouble.

He could learn the Rasengan in 3 weeks and more importantly, Kyuubi played no role in making nagato revive all the dead people of Konoha. That was all Uzumaki Naruto. That's all fine and dandy but other than having the fox beat pain and beating a severely weakened kakuzu, what else has naruto really done in shippuden? Let's not forget that naruto only did so good against pain because of the of the intel that everyone basically died to get. And we all know naruto was going to turn nagato good as soon as he used the talk no-jutsu, the only person that hasn't worked on is sasuke. As far as him maturing mentally, he may have but, he still fights like a child. Here he is, the main character with all these powers and yet his wins have come by handicap. It's sort of distasteful. On the subject of saying kyubbi and sharingan and ms are the same principle. Ehh, not really. Kyubbi wasn't something naruto was born with nor earned, it was just handed to him. Sasuke's sharingan and MS were two things he had to earn for himself. And there are major drawbacks to the ms such as going blind. That being said, if we compare the list of people sasuke has beaten in shippuden to the list of people naruto has beaten, it becomes pretty obvious which one is truly getting stronger.
