2) You're seriously underestimating Mei's speed feats. She's swift when it comes to hand signs and Tsunade has no counter to lava release. She possibly defeats Ay because Ay has to defeat her with close combat.. making him vulnerable. Tsunade physical strength is almost unparalled, she only needs to touch him once for him to be weakened.

Anyone with long ranged deadly jutsu such as sand, lava release, and dust release, make it tough for Tsunade to win. Toss in aerial capabilities (Onoki, Gaara) and Tsunade has zero chance.[/INDENT]

Just because Ay could possibly defeat Mei, doesn't necessarily mean Ay defeats Tsunade by default. A>B>C logic doesn't necessarily apply to Naruto.
