Is Tsunade the Weakest Hokage?

I think so, but Tobirama Vs Tsunade would be a close fight imo. Your thoughts?

Tobirama would drown Tsunade. She's just strong and can heal. This dude has water style, flying thunder god jutsu, shadow clones, and edo tensei in his arsenal.

Hiruzen is the weakest of them all around, he has all elemental Jutsu but he would tire pretty damn quickly. Tsunade is hard to put down.

It really isn't. It was a toss up in the air, but after he's been revived (not even at 100% power, mind you, OP) he's displayed abilities that Tsunade simply cannot deal with.

Like someone else said, the previous Hokages are just too strong and set the bar extremely high.

The current generation of Kages in general are weaker than the past Kages. And I think Tsunade is stronger than Gaara and Mei from the current Kages.

2. Tobirama has superiority in all areas other than taijutsu.

If Tsunade was fast, or displayed some ninjutsu, she would potentially be a threat. However, she lacks both, and is simply a meat shield. A meat shield Tobirama can cut in half in less than a second. It's a stomp.

He lasted against Oro and two strongest hokage edo's. His stamina is not that bad.

I feel like old Hiruzen could beat her too. He trained her so he knows her weaknesses. Also he fought the first hokage, second hokage, and oro at the same time. Not to mention he has all five elements.

If Gaara and Tsunade fought, you do realize Gaara wouldn't even be touched.. right? Same goes for Onoki. Gaara and Onoki utterly destroy Tsunade without breaking a sweat.

She possibly defeats Ay, and more than likely loses to Mei.​

technically .. she's the strongest also she can heal herself & "if" she touches anyone , she can rearrange their nervous system . she also has the 1 hit medic jutsu that "instantly" sends you on a death spiral. I guess you could call it the negative healing jutsu or reverse healing. lol but kabuto saved Orochimaru from feeling its effects.
