She was talking to BZ in the exact same manner constantly. This is the repeat of that. If you cannot even understand this, then I don't know what to say.

After being separated from Kaguya, Black Zetsu calls out to her rather than talking through some "connection"

As others have stated, Gai knew about the techniques. Clearly there was a source to the information, someone before his father Dai that created the techniques which were later banned from usage. So Gai clearly had time to study them from this original source, his father, or both.
As for Sharingan/ Rinnegan jutsu... its likely those techniques are learned the moment you unlock them. I think of it as instantly learning the name of your doujutsu abilities the moment you unlock MS/ Rinnegan etc.

Yeah, still don't see it as "this is bad" is a very casual use of dialogue, the kind Kaguya has never used. It's a dead giveaway for BZ. Also, he isn't calling out (that is done in a loud tone of voice) to her in that scan; he's making an observation, Michelle.
