Hip-Hop will never stop existing. Its just changing. Nowadays, its mostly about ***, drugs, money, alcohol, fame.
However, we have people like T.I. And J. Cole who bring in some much needed seriousness into it.
Then we have people like Slaughterhouse, Kanye West, B.o.B, Tech N9ne, Busta Rhymes, Twista, Wiz Khalife and MGK who bring that fun-filled thing into it.
Then, we have Eminem, who brings that dynamic, crazy, exciting part into it.
Then we have Jay-Z, it's difficult to put what he does in words, it's like Eminem now: He's came, he conquered and now he's just enjoying the fruits of his work.
Then, we have Lil B, Tyler the Creator, and YMCMB at the bottom.
IMO, as long as we have everything but that last sentence, Hip-Hop is alive and well.
Of course, there are many others, like Wale. And I'm sure there's more to come
In the end, it's all about your preferences.
Still, Tyler sucks donkey c*ck.
